Every patient receives personalized Ayurvedic consultation based on their medical condition and health requirements. Treatment recommendations and herbal medicines are prescribed only after proper assessment by our Ayurvedic experts.
Consultation charges, once paid, are non-refundable after the consultation has been completed.
Patients are requested to provide complete and accurate medical information during consultation.
All Ayurvedic medicines are carefully prepared and packed to maintain quality and hygiene.
Medicines once delivered cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Please verify your order details before confirming your purchase.
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance.
Appointment cancellation requests should be made before the scheduled consultation time.
Medicine orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional situations.
If payment has been deducted but the order or appointment was not successfully confirmed.
If we are unable to provide the requested consultation or medicine due to unavoidable circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you receive the wrong medicine or a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement wherever applicable.
